admission requirements

  1. WASSCE and SSSCE applicants must obtain credit passes, A1-C6 and A-D respectively, in three core subjects including English, Mathematics and Integrated Science/General Science and three elective subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Elective Mathematics, General Arts with electives in History, CRS, Literature in English, Economics, Ghanaian language, and Home Economics with electives in Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Food and Nutrition and Management in Living.

  2. GCE A-level applicants must have credit passes (A-D) in three subjects including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology and a pass in General paper. In addition, such applicants must have GCE O-level credit passes (grade 1-6) in six subjects including English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, Biology or Additional Mathematics.

  3. Applicants with foreign qualifications equivalent to the WASSCE or A-Level with the requisite background in science courses will be considered for the first year

  4. The applicant (male/female) should be between the ages of 18-35 years.

  5. In addition to the above requirements, all applicants must pass a selection interview
